In 2025, English Department of Universitas Komputer Indonesia is to yield competent graduates in the field of English Language and Literature and are capable of resolving any Language and Literature issue by the support of information technology-communication and entrepreneurship skills with which they become adaptable to the changes occurring in the community.

1. To perform higher education services in the field of English Language and Literature supported by information-communication technology and entrepreneurship skills in order to provide the benefits for the community.
2. To improve the quality of research through mapping out lecturers and students’ research to tackle language and literature issues in the community.
3. To administer Department’s services effectively and efficiently in order to yield graduates adaptable in the community encompassed by PIQIE organizational culture.
4. To maintain a harmonious academic atmosphere through the provision of support and motivation, as well as cooperative academic services.
5. To maintain and develop learning facilities and infrastructure.
